Check vacuum packaging

We pay great attention to the packaging of the cheese. All hard cheese is carefully vacuum-packed by us. However, it can not be ruled out that the vacuum will decrease in any way, for example during transport. It may also happen that the vacuum packaging is damaged when the order is unpacked or when it is placed in the refrigerator.

Of course, once the packaging of food leaks or is damaged, the expiration date expires. This applies not only to cheese, but to all fresh products such as meat products, dairy products, bread, etc. If the packaging of the product is damaged or leaking, mold may form.

We ask all our customers to note the following when ordering vacuum-packed cheese:

Immediately after receiving the order, check that the vacuum packaging of the cheese pieces is still intact.
If the vacuum package is loose (even if it is just a small piece), we recommend that you use the cheese within 7 days or contact us directly: klantenservice@kaashandelvoorhuysbrielle.nl.

Unfortunately, we can not process complaints about non-closing vacuum packaging received after 1 day (calculated from the day of delivery).
